Update!

HI! So, I've looked at this blog for a little bit and realized that I want to expand it to more than just books, but other forms of media as well. For one thing, I've realized that doing book specific content is too narrow a space for me as of right now, as I'm not actually able to read as much due to school (I do still read, but it's remarkably less and literally only on weekends when I don't have homework which is never), so I can't churn out as much content as I like. For another, I think we need to celebrate joy in every form it can be celebrated in, whether it be in sport, books, or Broadway musicals! Also, I want to do commentary on all things fandom, sue me.

So, a rebrand must come to fruition. Well, sort of. I will still talk about books (I do have a Percy Jackson rant lined up, don't worry, I just need to watch the finale first), but I do think that I need space to make more content. So, without further ado, Wings and Roses blog. Period. No more book only focus, just content in all forms.

I love you all so much as you take with me this journey (let's be so real, there's like, two people reading this, but I love you all nonetheless), and let's jump into 2026!
